The hotel offered a nice breakfast selection and friendly staff. The location was great - just a short walk to many popular attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the gym facilities during our stay.

The room was in poor condition with outdated furniture and a musty smell. The AC system was ineffective and made the room uncomfortably hot.

Patung jenderal sudirman was around the corner. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities. the attentive service provided by the staff added to our experience. the Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of relaxing treatments and the swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. the restaurant had a great selection of dishes and cocktails at the bar/lounge area were delicious. the private facilities were first-rate. the location advantages made it easy to explore the city.

The only minor issue we encountered was the garden area. While it was beautiful, it lacked proper maintenance.

We stay in a hotel located in a bustling area, perfect for friends going out at night, shopping or accessing the airport. We are fortunate to be only a short walk from the MRT station, saving us from Jakarta's notorious traffic. the area is also dotted with shopping malls providing an excellent shopping experience. the hotel room is spacious with adequate facilities and a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool despite its traditional design.

The room decor and bathroom are dated and in need of an upgrade.
